In preparation for the fact that I will be loosing my hair; I decided to cut it short. It was not as difficult as I thought it might be. I’m trying real hard to be one step ahead of the game and be prepared for the worst but very hopeful for the best!

On a much more serious note, after talking to you on the phone the other day, I started to think and I have come to realize that at some point in our lives we all go through some very bad storms. But, there is always someone who with the help of God, is like a guiding light that never waivers and like a shinning star that doesn't fade. That takes the helm of the ship and steers it to daylight. Well, Carmen I feel that that person is you. With your fighting spirit, your faith in God, your love for life, your optimism and determination, with you giving us strength instead of us giving it to you, for all this I admire you and I love you even more. We will get through this, I promise you, YOU GO GIRL!!
